"I started the search to branch out on my own auto insurance policy a little over 2 weeks ago. After submitting a quote request online I received a call within minutes from Eric with the Adam McCarty office. From the very first phone call Eric made it a point to be transparent and ensure that I understood the different coverage options available to me. Not having shopped for auto insurance before, I had many questions to ask and Eric was certainly up for the challenge. Thankful to be finished with my search and to have found an agency that treats you like family."

Banessa Petty started our conversation by communicating the likely time duration of our appt and ensured that this was ideal for me. It was visible from the beginning, that Banessa was sincerely interested in who I am, my personal and family history, what is important to me, and in what ways she could be of service. She was thorough, ensuring that all aspects of my policies were covered, and that I understood each of them. Lastly, within 24 hours, she followed up with me via email to ensure no additional questions or concerns had arisen and made sure I had all of the documents I needed. I COULD NOT have asked for a better experience!"

Reid called me a few times and I finally answered and jokingly said “boy, you’re persistent” and I’m so glad I did! I had the pleasure to work with Renee on a quote for home and auto. I shopped out several companies and they beat every single one (Plus much better coverage). The process was so fast and efficient and Renee had everything set up within a day. Very pleased with their services and would highly recommend grabbing a quote. You never know til you try!"

"These guys are the best! Especially Jake from State Farm. Despite turning down the offers to bundle and change my home insurance he still sends me an updated quote every year for the last 4 years. He finally won me over. What insurance sends birthday and Christmas cards every year along with calling you to wish your family a merry Christmas or a happy birthday? I’m literally sending them a family Christmas card moving forward because they make you feel like family. Not too many people bother to build a relationship with their clients these days. Great job team! Great job Jake! State Farm for life!"
